First coast crime stoppers, inc., is a civilian volunteer organization formed in 2002 to better serve the citizens of the first coast in the fight against crime. the board of directors is made up of concerned citizens who administer the program and promote community awareness. fccs operates with funds obtained through a special florida crime stoppers trust fund grant and through monies donated and collected at fundraising events.
