Crop aims to reduce recidivism and create economic opportunity for those who have been formerly incarcerated by providing integrated housing solutions, personal leadership investment, and workforce programming. (continued on schedule o)crop was awarded workforce and housing grants from the state of california to launch a three-year pilot program called ready 4 life. this 12-month career development program equips justice-involved people with the tools they need for success in tech-focused careers along with holistic wraparound care. in addition to ready 4 life, crop is focused on in-prison programming, employer development, and policy. crop brings innovative initiatives to scale and is establishing a blueprint for successful reentry.
